curated rocker chic offers domestic shipping at buyers expense through USPS with standard, priority, and priority express. You pick your delivery option, shipping provided by Shippo.
Unfortunately, at this time I'm unable to provide international shipping.
Most of the orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, I estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping times may vary due to mode of shipping, but rest assured I'll work hard to get you your order out as quickly as possible.
I do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. If your purchase is made late on a Friday your order will be shipped out on Monday.
In order to keep shipping cost down I may use recycled boxes periodically.
Return Policy
Please Read Carefully
~My return policy lasts 30 days.
~Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund.
~To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
~I will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. Vintage clothing cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. With some clothing being very delicate given its age, appropriate care must be taken with these items.
~Some items have been reworked or repaired prior to point of sale. I will do my due diligence to represent these items accurately. Please review all pictures posted and email me if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing an item.
~Sale items are non-returnable and sold "as is" and will be clearly marked.
~RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
~I will process your return once it has been received and inspected.
~If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
~If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned after 30 days from purchase date - I reserve the right to not process the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
